Who is responsible for preparing the food? ▼

The vendor is responsible for preparing the food and maintaining the required hygiene, quality, ingredient, and food-safety standards.

Who handles international logistics? ▼

SAC Frozen coordinates or facilitates approved cold-chain and fulfillment arrangements according to the service selected and destination.

How do I become a vendor? ▼

Complete the SAC Frozen vendor application, submit the required business and product information, complete verification, and submit your proposed products for approval.

What information will I need? ▼

Requirements may include business information, owner/contact details, menu/product information, ingredients, allergens, packaging information, photographs, and relevant food-business or regulatory documentation.

Are there different vendor plans? ▼

Yes. SAC Frozen offers Basic, Standard, and Premium options, with increasing levels of product capacity, visibility, marketing, and vendor support.

Can SAC Frozen reject a product? ▼

Yes. Being approved as a vendor does not automatically mean every product will be accepted. SAC Frozen may decline products that do not meet marketplace, packaging, logistics, food-safety, or regulatory requirements.

How do vendors receive orders? ▼

Approved vendors can receive and manage eligible orders through the SAC Frozen marketplace and follow the fulfillment instructions associated with each order.

Can customers contact vendors? ▼

Marketplace communication should remain within approved SAC Frozen channels where available. Vendors should not redirect customers away from the platform to complete transactions.

Can SAC Frozen guarantee sales? ▼
